Jumbotron Rental

After speaking to hundreds of clients regarding their events I’ve nailed down five important details we need before we can prepare a contract:

Address of event

Set time: This is the time you would like us to arrive at the event. It is a good idea to give us an extra hour just in case.

Strike time: This is the time you would like us to pack up and leave. We realize that you can’t always be sure of an exact time, so an approximate will suffice.

Onsite contact: This will be the person onsite with which we coordinate the exact location of the jumbotron set up as well as the content to be played on the screen.

Content: This is very important; it’s the whole reason you are renting a jumbotron! We need to know what you would like to play on the screen beforehand so that we come prepared with any necessary equipment.
